Learning Methods Through a combination of case studies, practical exercises and
Excel (2003) based models you will learn how to adjust and apply the
theoretical techniques used. Delegates are encouraged to ask questions and
highlight areas of particular interest. The concepts taught are designed to
be of practical benefit to attendees and are transferable to the workplace. Course Level Participants will need to have at least a fundamental
understanding of the basics of finance and be familiar with how to use
Microsoft Excel 2003, but will not need to have any prior modeling

Lim is a business
graduate with the National University of Singapore. He holds double masters
in information systems and knowledge management with further postgraduate
qualifications in systems analysis, intelligent systems, marketing,
management consulting and training. He is also a certified ITIL/BS7799 lead
auditor. Thou
Tin’s work experience includes working for large local companies to MNCs in senior corporate, IT and project management
position, with a background in IT, banking and finance. He has served
and continued serving in positions as corporate advisor, chief information
officer and chief operating officer in local startup companies. His consulting
works also include working with both the financial and services industry to
help them to develop corporate and knowledge models for decision making
needs. |

prior to the seminar. A full refund less 25% administrative charge will be
made for cancellation received in writing 2 weeks prior to the seminar. A 50%
refund will be given for cancellation received 1 week prior to the seminar.
Regrettably, no refund can be made for cancellation 3 days before the
seminar. If registration is confirmed, a 25% administrative charge will be
incurred for non-attendance. The organizer
reserves the right to change speakers/or modify the programme content without
prior notice.
