Mr. Andy Ng used to be the Director of Finance, HR & Admin. of the world's 5th largest computer networking equipment supplier - Allied Telesyn International (Asia) Pte Ltd. The Group enjoys annual turnover of US$420 million employing 1,300 staff worldwide. Andy’s other experiences include banking at JP Morgan Chase, consultancy at KPMG Consulting and sales at Vickers Ballas Holdings Limited.

 

Andy graduates from National University of Singapore and also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Heriot-Watt University of UK.

 

Andy is also a certified trainer with the American Management Association, a member of Asia Speakers’ Bureau and Advanced Training Systems (UK). As a trainer, he trains companies on marketing, business planning, teambuilding, systematization, financial analysis, investment, human resource management, public speaking, sales, management and personal effectiveness.

 

To-date, Andy has conducted over 162 in-house training programs for many organizations including SingTel, Singapore Power, Informatics Group, BMC Software, Armstrong Industrial Corporation, C & H Realty, Junior Chamber and Singapore Institute of Labour Studies. Andy has been conducting weekly public seminars since 2001.
