Seng is an Executive Director and an auditor in the public practice for 3
years. He has over 20 years of tax experience and practical experience in the
corporate tax division specializing in tax audit and back-duty investigation,
providing tax advisory/consultancy and managing compliance work for local and
multi-national corporate as well as individual clients. Mr. Chow is a regular
speaker at conferences on tax related topics. |
